Welcome to North Yorks Pizza House. By visiting our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully so you know how we work.
Who We Are
North Yorks Pizza House is registered as NY Smokehouse Ltd, with our main address at:
65 Bond End, Knaresborough, HG5 9AU, United Kingdom
Ordering & Delivery
We currently deliver to UK mainland only, as our products are shipped chilled or frozen.
Dispatch schedule (next working day service):
- Orders placed Monday–Thursday are shipped the following working day.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Delivery fee: £5.99 flat rate on every order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information from our courier.
We do our best to ensure your pizzas and doughs arrive in perfect condition. If there’s an unexpected courier delay, please allow some flexibility, as this is outside our direct control.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us at info@nypizzahouse.co.uk and include:
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos of the product
We’ll review your case quickly and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Payments
We accept a range of secure payment methods offered through Shopify, including major debit/credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others. Payments are processed safely and we do not store your card details.
Events & Catering
We also offer events and pop-up catering, which are handled on an individual basis. Prices and terms for events can be found on our Events page or discussed directly with us.
Use of Our Website
- You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes.
- We reserve the right to update product information, pricing or policies at any time.
- Content on our site (images, text, branding) belongs to North Yorks Pizza House and cannot be used without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to prepare, pack and ship your order safely. However, North Yorks Pizza House cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control
- Any indirect loss or damage resulting from your order or use of the website
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “last revised” date.
