At North Yorks Pizza House, our products are freshly made and perishable, which means we cannot accept returns once they’ve been delivered.
That said, your experience matters to us. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, or if something isn’t right, please get in touch.
When you contact us, please include:
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos of the product so we can understand what went wrong
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll either:
- Arrange a replacement order, or
- Issue a refund back to your original payment method
We handle every request on a case-by-case basis and always aim to put things right quickly.
