At North Yorks Pizza House, we want your pizzas and dough to arrive as fresh as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland only.
Because our products are chilled or frozen, we cannot ship outside this area at the moment.
Delivery Costs
Shipping is a flat rate of £5.99 per order, no matter how much you buy.
There is no minimum order value.
Delivery Times
We ship on a next working day service.
- Orders placed Monday–Thursday are shipped the next working day and normally arrive the day after.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
You’ll receive courier tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Packaging
All items are sent chilled or frozen, packed securely to maintain quality during transport.
Please place products in your fridge or freezer as soon as they arrive.
Delays
We do our best to make sure your order arrives on time, but sometimes courier delays happen that are outside our control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.). Please allow some flexibility if this occurs — your food will still be safe to enjoy.
